The background: Decisions & trust.
I didn't start in software. My background is marketing research and consumer psychology — a master's in Business Management ranked first in its cohort, then years as a market-intelligence analyst at Hamrah-e Aval (MCI, Iran's largest mobile operator), forecasting how markets adopt new technology. The recurring finding: adoption rarely came down to a feature checklist. It came down to whether people understood the product and trusted it.
The gap: Where ideas lost their shape.
Working alongside designers and engineers, I saw the same failure mode over and over: strong designs that never shipped the way they were drawn, and solid engineering wrapped around an experience nobody fought for. The handoff was where the idea lost its shape. So I stopped handing off. I learned the full stack — Next.js, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, PayloadCMS, and telemetry — to take projects the entire distance solo.
Evidence: Shipped in production.
I led the end-to-end build of Chegall Construction's ecosystem (design, full-stack, Next.js + Payload unifier which cut material procurement costs by 40%), the SDVIRA engineering hub, and my own sovereign applications like Farr Private Messenger.
What I'm a fit for — and what I'm not
- • Founders & small teams with a new product idea
- • Products with solid tech that need world-class UX
- • Fixed-scope, fixed-price end-to-end delivery
- • Design-only handoffs with zero implementation
- • Staff augmentation or 'just code my Figma'
- • Engagements requiring a 10-person agency pod
