A closer look at the decisions behind the building.

Project Story

Rasoul Dabiri Developments needed one place to show a growing list of residential projects — status, location, year — without the list ever crowding out the projects themselves.

The answer is a split layout: a fixed panel carries the identity and navigation, the other holds the archive — filterable by status and type, sortable, switchable between two and three columns.

Every project keeps its own gallery and story, reachable from the archive without losing the filter state you set to find it.

This is the origin of the split-panel pattern this studio's own homepage now uses — built for Rasoul first, then generalized.

«Good architecture makes life better, not louder.»
