Each project page carries its own showcase: hero, amenities, a construction timeline, and — where the project has multiple unit types — a group selector.

The unit selector is the distinctive piece: three groups (large, medium, small), each with bedroom count and exact square meters, each rendered as an isometric 3D floor plan you can open for detail.

Completed projects carry a delivered-project record instead of a pitch — floor count, total units, built area, unit-type count, and the year range construction ran — so a finished building reads as evidence, not marketing copy.
