The Problem
Chegall had relied for two decades on disjointed spreadsheets, static printed brochures, and phone-based sales tracking, creating friction for buyers and obscuring transparent shareholder reporting.
What We Did
Engineered a centralized bilingual platform featuring interactive unit selection from floor plans, automated contract and ledger auditing, a dedicated client portal, and sovereign Linux hosting with automated snapshots.
The Outcome
Completely eliminated spreadsheet chaos, unlocked self-service buyer accounts with live milestone tracking, and gave the firm a digital identity worthy of its architectural prestige.
