明确的协议，零歧义。

Before work starts, the scope, deliverables, schedule and fixed price are agreed in writing (a statement of work or contract). Work outside that scope is quoted separately and only done after your approval.

Projects are paid in three stages: 50% to start, 25% after you approve the staging version, and 25% on launch and code handover. Payment is by bank transfer or card transfer to the studio's bank account shown on your official invoice; for each payment you receive an invoice and a receipt. Hosting and support plans are paid monthly or yearly in advance. Prices are in Toman for Iran.

Before work starts: you can cancel and receive the full deposit back. After work starts: stages already delivered or in progress are not refundable, and payments for stages not yet started are refunded in full. Hosting and support: you can cancel any time; the unused whole months of a prepaid period are refunded. Refunds are paid to the account the payment came from within 7 working days of the request.

Services are delivered online: a staging link for review, then deployment to your domain and handover of the source code and access. Delivery times are those in your agreement; if we are late because of us, we tell you in advance and agree a new date with you.

After the final payment, the source code, database and design files made for you belong to you. Third-party components keep their own licences.

For 30 days after launch we fix, free of charge, any defect in the delivered work. After that, fixes and changes are covered by a support plan or quoted separately.

Keep your password and sign-in codes private. Do not use the messenger or any service to send unlawful content, spam, or to harm others; we may suspend accounts that do.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran. For clients abroad, the contract can specify a different arrangement.
