What reliability, billing, and deployment have to do with UX
A product can look considered and still feel careless when it is slow, fragile, or difficult to operate.
People do not separate the interface from the infrastructure behind it. A slow checkout, a broken deployment, or an unclear service interruption is still part of the product experience.
Hosting well means making the invisible parts dependable: environments, domains, monitoring, backups, payments, and the small operational tools that let a team respond quickly.
